ALTERNATIVE: Daily Games—Splits and park factors

The beginning of every baseball season comes with hope of near-perfect analysis and stat predictions for our fantasy value plays.  Yet, no matter how good of a fantasy player you are, by the time July rolls around, nothing is ever exactly what we expect.  Those who drafted the likes of Matt Kemp and Josh Hamilton and feel out of rhythm may have already written off the fantasy baseball season; they may look to scratch that disappointing itch by turning to daily games.  

Most days, daily team rosters will lean on trustworthy hitters and pitchers who have had a track record of success this season. Using splits are a big part of the analysis.  Two of the most dependable ones are lefty vs righty splits, and to a lesser degree, home vs away....
