ALTERNATIVE: Daily games primer

Daily games have been growing in popularity since their inception a few years ago—Fantazzle, DraftStreet, DailyJoust and FanDuel are the most well-known vendors. They provide a quick fix for either the casual fan looking to compete against friends or other players, or the gambling-hearted fantasy veteran hoping to supplement their yearly fantasy winnings.  Despite the fact that these games do not capture the skill and patience of the traditionalist nor serve the overall theme of BaseballHQ.com’s season-long analysis, daily cap games open the door for an influx of new blood and allow another avenue of participation.
