Assuming you agree with the projection, this is the stat line that you will take into your drafts. If you are in a snake draft, that $22 price tag would be a Round number, perhaps anywhere from 3rd to 5th.

The 527 at-bats is a bit of a hedge. Over the past five years, Ramirez has posted anywhere from 306 AB (2009) to 594 AB (2006), spending time on the DL in three of those five years.
