LINEUP OUTLOOK: Greene, Duran, Laureano sneaking into the top

Another week, and two more hitters emerging atop their respective lineups while another may prefer hitting second. Detroit's slotted Riley Greene sixth, fourth and most recently, first in the batting order. Fantasy players may not have a preference, but hitting lead-off insures plate appearances for the talented rookie, though there will be growing pains. Oakland has vacillated between using Ramón Laureano batting second or third, but his numbers stand out in one of these spots. Last, but not least, Jarren Duran may be the missing piece for the Red Sox offense, and he's forcing his way into the lineup every day.
