GM's OFFICE: BHQ staff survey, May 2017 edition

Back in March, we ran our pre-season Draft Radar survey exercise, where we polled our entire staff on a deep-dive survey about the coming season.
This week, we're playing back the survey concept again. We created a new 24-question survey full of questions about hot and cold starts, plus some other role and team-context questions, and asked our staff to predict how these matters will play out over the balance of the season.
