I've been hearing a lot of bellyaching lately about the huge increase in injuries this year. Fantasy leaguers have been hit with major losses to high profile players, like Evan Longoria, Carl Crawford, Pablo Sandoval and Jacoby Ellsbury.
This past week or so has been rough—I'll give you that. But on a grand scale, this might actually be considered an average year compared to recent seasons.
