Same exercise as last week, except now with pitchers.
Repeating the caveats:
1) This is "radar" not "missile lock."
2) Playing time is fluid. More than 40% of pitchers will end up on the disabled list at some point during the year, opening up pockets of innings that we can not possibly conceive of right now. So in this exercise, I am not restricting myself to only those players with a clear path to playing time. In the end, skill often trumps opportunity and is the better place to invest anyway.
