ARSENAL REPORT: Opening Day Standouts

With the tiniest sample of games in the books, we will be examining two pitchers this week that have made arsenal changes that should change our expectations for their performance for this season. In analyzing pitchers based on this small sample of one start, we will stay away from looking at pitch usage rates or locations and instead focus on fundamental pitch characteristics that stabilize over small samples.
