Our Midseason Top 50 list came out last week. In the article, we covered several risers and fallers. If we were covering player development groups on the rise, I’d be hard pressed not to include the Cardinals near the top of the list. While only Jordan Walker (3B, STL) & Masyn Winn (SS, STL) made our midseason list, if we had expanded out the list to 100, the Cardinals had a chance of adding four or five names to the list, all guys, except for Ivan Herrera, who weren’t under consideration for my own personal Top 100 list last season, just like Winn.
