KEEPERS: The changing landscape—Pitchers

Off-season activity that includes trades, free-agent signings, winter work, and now spring performances and injuries has changed the keeper landscape. With half of the pre-season now in the books, alert keeper league owners can exploit emerging opportunities, especially over the long haul. Rebuilders in particular should remember that many MLB teams will look very different at this time next season. What follows are some random pitching observations and speculations, first in the AL and then in the NL.
