Springs had a successful transition from reliever to starter in 2022… Jeffrey Springs (LHP, TAM) was a subpar middle reliever for the Rangers and Red Sox to begin his career. Since joining the Rays in 2021, he’s turned a corner. In 2022, he posted a 2.66 ERA and 1.10 WHIP across 125 innings as a starter. Can he produce against as a starter again in 2023?
