... the primary AL West contenders are giving off warning signs and even some alarming signals, particularly closer Sam Dyson in TEX. We warned of this possibility back in March.

It's only been a week, but thus far Aaron Judge (OF, NYY) and Greg Bird (1B, NYY) have struggled to meet the expectations. Also, a pitching mystery in BAL, flu blues in BOS, Smith's status in TAM and an early read on 1B-LF in TOR.
